I just stepped on the scale (at night, which is not one of my brightest ideas) and it scared the shit out of me! Pardon my French, but according to the scale I now weigh 103 kilograms! Last time I weighed myself the number I saw was 98,8. There is no need to say I am not behaving too well, I need to step up my game. I have been eating too many ice creams and chocolate treats and it needs to stop right now. So, I came up with a summer challenge that will help me to reach a lower weight.
- Eat clean
- Prepare a weekly menu every single Sunday, before the next week begins
- Track points with the Weight Watchers ProPoints system
- Workout at least 3 times a week
- Quit drinking Diet Coke
My workout schedule
- Start date: July 10th
- End date: August 31st
- Start weight: no idea, I hope less than 103 kilograms. Check back tomorrow to find out!
- Goal weight: 94 kilograms or less

I know I can do this but I have been cutting myself way too much slack lately. If I want to reach my goal weight I need to act now! You’ve all seen my progress pictures and know how unhappy I still am with how I look. But that’s going to change. Starting tomorrow…. (oops!)
